The customer must check his/her merchandise at the time of delivery. In case of dissatisfaction, product returns are accepted in the following cases:

1. The customer requests the return when picking up the product at our store.

2. Returns of products that have been sown, or after the merchandise has been transported, are not accepted. In the event that the merchandise is delivered to the customer's site and the customer no longer wants it, a handling charge will be made.

In-store delivery Monday through Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM or to your home (charges apply).
